How we work

From Friday panic to filed by Thursday

The same four stages every time, around your payroll, your projects and your ERP.

01

Send one week

One payroll export, or five invoices. We return the finished filing free, so you can check it against what you do today.

02

Shadow

Two weeks beside your team. Every output is compared to theirs. Nothing in your process changes until the accuracy is proven.

03

Autopilot

The agent reads, checks and files. Your team sees exceptions only, with the document, the rule and the reason attached.

04

Expand

Once one document runs itself, the next is a smaller job. Most clients add a second workflow inside a quarter.

What we do

From inbox to ERP, without the retyping

NoSort runs the paperwork that sits between your inbox and your ERP: certified payroll, COIs, invoices and order entry, inside the systems you already use.

Who it’s for

  • Public-work contractors in New York
  • An ERP the documents have to land in
  • One person who owns the filing today
  • Someone who can sign as officer

Builds start at $18,000. The retainer is $1,500 to $4,000 a month.

Benefits

Three things you stop doing by hand

01

Filed before Friday

Weekly certified payroll mapped to the right wage classification and reconciled before it leaves your office.

02

Nothing lapses

Every COI, W-9 and vendor document checked for expiry, wording and the correct legal entity.

03

One number, every month

Field accuracy, exceptions cleared and hours returned, on one page you can forward to your accountant.

Beyond the paperwork

The same team, applied to the rest of the back office.

Documents are where we start because they are measurable and they hurt every single week. Once they run quietly, the same approach works on the manual steps around them.

Approvals and routing

Timecards, purchase orders and change orders that reach the right person without an email chain or a group text.

Systems that talk

Payroll, accounting and project systems exchanging data instead of someone retyping it between two screens.

Reporting that builds itself

Job cost, labor utilization and compliance status assembled on Monday morning, not chased all week.

We do not take on everything at once. Start with one document, prove it, then widen. Tell us which step costs you the most time.

FAQ

Got any
Questions?

We take the documents your team handles by hand, including certified payroll, COIs, invoices, W-9s and order entries, and file or post them correctly inside the ERP you already run.

No. Software handles the clean documents. We handle the exception path: partial deliveries, price changes, wrong entities, missing endorsements. We do it inside your system, not in a portal.

Contractors and document-heavy businesses with an ERP and recurring paperwork. Today we focus on New York public-work contractors, where a missed filing costs money the same week.

Your officer does, once. The agent drafts, maps classifications and reconciles totals; a human signs the statement of compliance. That boundary is deliberate and it never moves.

Anything below the confidence threshold never files. It routes to an exception queue with the document and the reason. If field accuracy drops under 99%, we work free until it is restored.

One payroll export or five invoices to start. Then read-only access to the ERP, and one person who can approve an exception when the queue asks.
